Sowing and germination

Seeds germinate well and have almost 100% germination rate. Before planting, mainly for disinfection, the seeds are soaked in a pink solution of potassium permanganate (potassium permanganate) for 24 hours, without waiting for germination, and immediately after that, 3 seeds are sown in a peat-humus pot filled with a mixture of leaf soil, weathered peat, humus and sand (1: 1: 1: 0.5). Seeds that have sprouted do not take root well. The crops are moistened with a spray bottle, covered with film and germinated in the light, but not in the sun. The seedlings need ventilation. It is necessary to avoid waterlogging and drying out of crops. For germination, a temperature of 25-30°C is required, then seedlings appear in 1-2 weeks, but germination can be long, sometimes up to 1 month.
