Sowing and germination

The seeds are first scarified (without disturbing the top layer, germination will be minimal); for this, the outer shell is carefully sawed or scratched with a hard instrument so as not to damage the seed. Then the seed material is soaked for 24 hours in warm water with the addition of stimulants (SUPERthrive, HB-101, Aminozol, Epin or Zircon). After a day, the seeds are wrapped in a damp cloth, waiting for a bite, or immediately sown in a mixture of light nutrient soil, sand and a small amount of perlite, lightly pressing to a depth of no more than 5 mm, sprinkled with a small layer of sand, moistened with a spray bottle, placed in a greenhouse or covered with film and germinated in the light, but not in the sun at a temperature of 18-20 ° C. The seedlings need ventilation. It is necessary to avoid waterlogging and drying out of crops. Seeds germinate in the second or third week.
