Coryphantha ELEPHANTIDENS
SKU 2044-2
Sowing and germination
Coryphanta seeds are small, brown or almost black, with a shiny surface, ripen into juicy berry-like fruits. It is not advisable to soak such seeds - they are easily lost in liquid, so the substrate itself is disinfected: before sowing, it is spilled with a weak solution of potassium permanganate and dried. Scarification and stratification are not required. Sowing is carried out superficially, over a moistened mineral mixture of sand and fine perlite - the seeds are only slightly pressed into the surface, without being buried. The crops are moistened from a spray bottle with a solution of a seed-safe growth stimulant according to its label directions, seed-safe growth stimulant, seed-safe growth stimulant, seed-safe growth stimulant or seed-safe growth stimulant, covered with glass or film, or placed in a greenhouse and kept in diffused light at a temperature of 22-26°C with regular ventilation.
