Sowing and germination

Dactylopsis seeds are very small, almost dusty, and ripen in dry capsules that open when exposed to moisture. It is not advisable to soak such seeds, so the substrate itself is disinfected: before sowing, it is spilled with a weak solution of potassium permanganate and dried. Scarification and stratification are not required. Approximately a quarter of the volume of fine sand is added to the standard mineral substrate for sowing. Sowing is carried out superficially, without deepening, moistened from a spray bottle with a solution of a seed-safe growth stimulant according to its label directions, seed-safe growth stimulant, seed-safe growth stimulant, seed-safe growth stimulant or seed-safe growth stimulant, covered with a film or placed in a greenhouse and germinated in the light at a temperature of 18-22°C. It is better to sow in the fall, at the beginning of the natural growth period.
