Sowing and germination
Ailostera seeds are very small, dark, ripen in small dry fruits at the base of the stem. Before sowing, they are disinfected by keeping them in a weak solution of potassium permanganate for 10 minutes and dried in air. Scarification and stratification are not required. Sowing is carried out superficially in a sterilized substrate from completely rotted leaf soil, washed river sand and finely crushed charcoal in a ratio of 1: 1: 0.5, with good drainage required. The crops are moistened from a spray bottle with a solution of a seed-safe growth stimulant according to its label directions, seed-safe growth stimulant, seed-safe growth stimulant, seed-safe growth stimulant or seed-safe growth stimulant, covered with a film or placed in a greenhouse and germinated in the light, but not in direct sun, at a temperature of 15-20°C. Under favorable conditions, the first shoots appear within 7 days, the main germination is completed in 7-14 days, and individual seeds can linger longer than 30 days.
