Sowing and germination

Before sowing, they are soaked for 12-24 hours in warm water or in a solution of a growth stimulator: SUPERthrive, HB-101, Aminozol, Epin or Zircon until swelling. Stratification is not required, and it is useful to lightly file very hard seeds on the side, away from the hilum. In the middle zone, they are grown through seedlings: sowing at the end of March or beginning of April in separate pots to a depth of 2-3 cm, since the root system does not tolerate transplantation well. The crops are moistened with a spray bottle, covered with a transparent lid or placed in a greenhouse and germinated at a temperature of 20-25°C. Shoots appear in 7-14 days. The crops are ventilated daily and condensation is removed. Seedlings are planted in the ground with a full ball of earth at the end of May or beginning of June, with a distance of 20-30 cm between plants and immediately with the installation of a support.
