Sowing and germination

before sowing. The seeds are laid out on the surface of the moistened soil, without sprinkling anything on top - in the dark, the seeds of aizaceae do not germinate well. The sowing bowl is covered with glass or film and kept in a bright place (without direct sun) at a temperature not higher than + 20 – 22º. It's good if the night temperatures are slightly lower. Monilaria germinate very quickly, the first seedlings often appear within a week after sowing. Bowls with crops must be frequently ventilated, preventing them from drying out, and provide bright, diffused light. After 2-3 weeks, the cover glass can be removed completely, and the seedlings can be moistened as needed.
