Sowing and germination

Seeds are sown on the surface of a moistened mineral mixture (sand and fine perlite), lightly pressed and covered with glass or film. Crops are kept at a temperature of 22-26°C, in diffused light. Regular ventilation is provided. Shoots appear in 7-25 days. The maximum germination period can be more than 30 days. After the first thorns appear, they are picked into separate containers.
