Sowing and germination

Seeds need stratification in sand or peat at 5°C for 3-4 months. The optimal temperature for germination is 20 - 27 °C. Removing the pit or treating with heteroauxin (100 - 500 mg/l) reduces the stratification time. Planting depth 2.0 - 2.5 cm.
