Sowing and germination

Seeds are sown on top of a mixture of leaf soil and coarse river sand. A mixture of leaf soil and sand is poured on top of expanded clay, also pre-steamed in the oven. Seeds germinate under humid conditions, in light at a temperature of 21-24°C.
