Sowing and germination

Seeds are sown superficially in a sandy, moistened substrate, moistened with a spray bottle, covered with film and germinated in the light, but not in the sun, at a temperature of 24-26°C. The seedlings need ventilation. It is necessary to avoid waterlogging and drying out of crops. After a few weeks, young sprouts appear on the surface of the substrate, which are kept in the same conditions for several more weeks. After they become stronger, the sprouts are carefully moved with the soil into a new container for continuous growth. Seedlings grow slowly.
