Sowing and germination

Sowing is done in a mixture of sand and leaf soil in a ratio of 2:1. The seeds are evenly distributed over the surface, without sprinkling anything on top, moistened with a spray bottle, covered with film and germinated in the light, but not in the sun, at a temperature of 20-24°C. The seedlings need ventilation. It is necessary to avoid waterlogging and drying out of crops. The first picking is made after the emergence of seedlings, the second - after 1-1.5 months. The sprouts are first planted at a distance of 2 cm from each other, then 3 cm. Before transplanting into permanent pots, the same soil mixture is used as for sowing.
