Sowing and germination

Seeds are pre-soaked in warm water with the addition of a fungicide and growth stimulant, then sown in a light mixture based on cocopet or sand and peat in equal parts, to a depth of about 0.5 cm, moistened with a spray bottle, covered with film and germinated in the light, but not in the sun at a temperature of 20-24 ° C. The seedlings need ventilation. It is necessary to avoid waterlogging and drying out of crops. Using a mini-greenhouse with bottom heating improves the germination rate. Seeds germinate within 3-5 weeks. Seedlings are planted in separate pots after 2-3 true leaves appear.
