Sowing and germination
Seeds are pre-soaked in warm water for 3-4 days. Then they are sown at an air temperature of at least 24°C in a loose substrate to a depth equal to the size of the seed, moistened with a spray bottle, covered with film and germinated in the light, but not in the sun, at a temperature of 25-30°C. The seedlings need ventilation. It is necessary to avoid waterlogging and drying out of crops. It is important to ensure that the temperature does not fall below the minimum permissible value. The first shoots usually appear after 4 months, but sometimes it may take up to 8. They should also be covered with a glass or plastic cap to maintain temperature and humidity. In this case, condensation that occurs on its inner surface must be removed regularly.
