Sowing and germination

Seeds are sown on the surface of universal soil, not deepening, but only slightly pressing each seed into the soil. The crops are moistened with a spray bottle, placed in a greenhouse or covered with film and germinated in the light, but not in the sun, at a temperature of 18-22°C. The seedlings need ventilation. It is necessary to avoid waterlogging and drying out of crops. Shoots appear in 1-2 weeks. After a pair of true leaves appear, the sprouts are planted in separate pots. When the seedlings begin to stretch, the top is pinched off and the plant produces side shoots. In May, after the end of spring frosts, seedlings can be planted in balcony boxes or pots.
