Sowing and germination
Seeds are pre-scarified (without disturbing the top layer, germination will be minimal), for this, the outer shell is carefully filed or scratched with a hard instrument so as not to damage the seed, small seeds are scalded with hot (~80°C) water, and then soaked for 12 hours in cold water with the addition of stimulants (SUPERthrive, HB-101, Aminosol, Epin or Zircon), then sown in a light, breathable mixture to a depth of 0.7-1 cm, moistened with a spray bottle, placed in a greenhouse or covered with film and germinated in the light, but not in the sun at a temperature of 22-30°C. The seedlings need ventilation. It is necessary to avoid waterlogging and drying out of crops. The first shoots appear a few weeks after planting. At the stage of appearance of 2-4 pairs of true leaves, seedlings are picked into separate pots or into open ground.
