Sowing and germination

Before sowing, seeds are poured with hot water and left to soak for 12 hours or until they swell. The operation is repeated with unswollen seeds. Sow in a slightly moist, well-drained soil mixture to a depth of 1-1.5 cm, cover with film and germinate in a warm place under bright light.
