Sowing and germination

Seeds are pre-soaked for 24 hours in a weak solution of potassium permanganate, then sown superficially in small containers with a mineral substrate. The crops are covered with a lid. Germination temperature is 22–26°C, regular ventilation is carried out. Shoots appear in 10–20 days. The maximum germination period is up to 30 days. Young seedlings require careful handling and are gradually transferred to dry conditions, increasing the level of light, avoiding burns.
