Sowing and germination

Sowing is carried out in a loose, moisture-absorbing, but well-drained substrate consisting of leaf soil, sand and perlite. The seeds are lightly pressed into the surface and sprinkled with a thin layer of substrate. The container is covered with a transparent lid or film, and the temperature is maintained at 20–25°C. Regular ventilation is carried out. Shoots appear within 15–30 days. The maximum germination period can be more than 45 days. After 2–3 true leaves appear, they are picked into individual containers. It is advisable to keep young plants in a bright place without direct sun until rooting.
