Sowing and germination

When propagating by seeds, planting material is soaked for 12 hours in warm water. Sowing is done in a light, damp substrate with the addition of sand, the depth does not exceed 1–1.5 cm. The container is covered with film or glass and ventilated regularly. The temperature is maintained at 24–26°C. Shoots appear in 20–40 days, the maximum possible germination period can be more than 60 days. Picking is carried out when the seedlings reach a height of 8–10 cm, after which they are kept in partial shade with moderate watering.
