Sowing and germination

Seeds are pre-scarified (without disturbing the top layer, germination will be minimal), for this, the outer shell is carefully filed or scratched with a hard instrument so as not to damage the seed, after which it is soaked for a day in warm water with the addition of a seed-safe growth stimulant according to its label directions, then sown in well-drained, light sandy soil. mixture, evenly distributed over the surface at a distance of 1-2 cm from each other, moistened with a spray bottle, placed in a greenhouse or covered with film and germinated in the light, but not in the sun at a temperature of 20-25°C. The seedlings need ventilation. It is necessary to avoid waterlogging and drying out of crops. Seeds germinate in 1 to 3 months. When the seedlings reach a height of 5-10 cm, they are transplanted into separate pots.
