Sowing and germination

Cochemia seeds are small, dark, almost black, ripen into juicy elongated fruits. Pre-sowing treatment is not required, scarification and stratification are not needed. It is impractical to soak such small seeds, so the substrate itself is disinfected: before sowing, it is spilled with a weak solution of potassium permanganate and dried. Sowing is carried out superficially, on a moistened cactus substrate with the addition of sand, without deepening. The crops are moistened from a spray bottle with a solution of a seed-safe growth stimulant according to its label directions, seed-safe growth stimulant, seed-safe growth stimulant, seed-safe growth stimulant or seed-safe growth stimulant, covered with glass, film or placed in a greenhouse and kept in stable lighting and a temperature of 22-26°C with daily ventilation. Under favorable conditions, the first shoots appear within 10 days, the main germination is usually completed within 3 weeks, and individual seeds can linger longer than 35 days.
