Sowing and germination

Coriander seeds are spherical, ribbed two-seeded seeds; they are usually not separated when sowing. Germination lasts 2-3 years. Before sowing, the seeds are soaked for 12-24 hours in warm water or in a solution of a growth stimulator: balanced plant vitamin supplement, natural plant growth stimulant, amino-acid plant fertilizer, anti-stress adaptogen solution or root development stimulant: this significantly speeds up and evens out seedlings. Scarification and stratification are not required. Sowing is carried out immediately in a permanent place, from the end of April, to a depth of 1.5-2 cm, in rows with a distance of 20-25 cm. The soil is spilled before sowing, and after sowing it is slightly compacted. Shoots appear in 1-3 weeks depending on the temperature, the optimum for germination is 18-22°C. The crops are kept evenly moist, and after germination they are thinned out by 8-10 cm.
