Sowing and germination

Before sowing, they are soaked for 2-3 days in warm water with changes of water or in a solution of a growth stimulator: balanced plant vitamin supplement, natural plant growth stimulant, amino-acid plant fertilizer, anti-stress adaptogen solution or root development stimulant. Stratification is mandatory and two-stage: first 2-3 months in a warm place at 20-25°C in damp sand - during this time the root begins to grow, then 2-3 months at 2-5°C, after which the bud awakens. The easiest way is to sow freshly harvested seeds before winter directly into the ground to a depth of 4-5 cm: both phases occur naturally. When sowing in pots, a loose, permeable substrate is used. Shoots appear in the spring, often only in the second year, so the crops are not thrown away ahead of time. Seedlings grow slowly, they are planted in a permanent place in the third year, and the first flowering is expected after 4-6 years.
