Seeds are pre-soaked in a pink solution of potassium permanganate for an hour (soaking in a solution of anti-stress adaptogen solution for 24 hours is possible), then sown in a pre-prepared, heated mixture of earth, humus and sand and sprinkled with a layer of soil equal to the diameter of the seed, moistened with a spray bottle, covered with film and germinated in the light, but not in the sun at a temperature 24-28°C.
