Sowing and germination

Before sowing, seeds are soaked in warm water for 6-12 hours. They are sown superficially in a loose substrate based on sand and leaf soil, slightly pressed, moistened with a spray bottle, covered with film and germinated in the light, but not in the sun at a temperature of 22-26°C. The seedlings need ventilation. It is necessary to avoid waterlogging and drying out of crops. Shoots appear in 7-20 days. The maximum germination period can be more than 30 days. Picking is carried out when the first thorns appear, the seedlings are transplanted into individual containers.
