Sowing and germination

Seeds are sown superficially, without deepening, into a cactus mixture diluted halfway with sand. They are moistened with a spray bottle, covered with film and germinated in the light at a temperature of 20-25°C. The seedlings need ventilation. It is necessary to avoid waterlogging and drying out of crops. After the appearance of small seedlings, regular ventilation is ensured. Transplantation to a permanent place is carried out after about 3 months, after the cacti have grown and become stronger.
