Sowing and germination

in indoor culture, sowing is done year-round. Seeds for seedlings are sown in February-March (for summer flowering). The seeds are pre-soaked in warm water for 2 hours and carefully scarified, then sown in peat and sand, moistened with a spray bottle, covered with film and germinated in the light, but not in the sun at a temperature of 18-20°C. The seedlings need ventilation. It is necessary to avoid waterlogging and drying out of crops. Germination occurs after 2-3 weeks. When the seedlings get stronger, they are picked and transplanted into 6-cm pots, and later, after pinching once, they are transferred to 10-cm pots.
