Sowing and germination

Lagurus seeds are small, light, pubescent. Before sowing, they are soaked for 6-12 hours in a weak solution of potassium permanganate or in a solution of a growth stimulator: balanced plant vitamin supplement, natural plant growth stimulant, amino-acid plant fertilizer, anti-stress adaptogen solution or root development stimulant. Scarification and stratification are not required. The easiest time to sow directly into open ground is in May. For more powerful and early flowering plants, seedlings are sown in separate pots in early April, the seeds are sprinkled with a thin layer of soil. The crops are moistened with a spray bottle, covered with a transparent lid or placed in a greenhouse and germinated in a bright place at a temperature of 18-20°C. Shoots appear in 10-12 days. The crops are ventilated daily and condensation is removed.
